Even though I always eat healthy and opt for lighter selections in restaurants, somehow I’m never fond of salads. I’ve always thought – if I want to eat out, might as well indulge :)
Reds are in vogue this season. Inspired by Claire Robinson’s Duck Breasts with Citrus Port Cherry Sauce, I prepared this dish for my family to welcome another healthy, wealthy, and prosperous new year.
I didn’t know what to do with the leftover milk after making my Spinach Fettucini Alfredo. I don’t drink unsweetened milk by the glass, and I don’t usually buy cereals.
Since I always have fruits in the house, namely bananas on the dinner table and fresh blueberries in the freezer, I used the milk and combined it with my blueberries and bananas … and ended up with this luscious smoothie :)
Last night, I made this super easy pasta for our dinner, which only took me roughly 20 minutes to prepare.
