Pepper lunching

Want quality fast food?

Then you’ve come to the right place.

Since 1994, the successful Japanese fast-food franchise Pepper Lunch has been serving grade-A steaks with spiced-up rice on stone plates (or Teppans) without delay. You can easily find the popular luncheonette all across Southeast Asia – including in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, whereas the only U.S. Pepper Lunch branch is located in Milpitas, California. At present, active branches worldwide continues to expand their menu selections to tailor the preferred tastes of respective cultures. Along with Paradise Dynasty, Boga Group has taken yet another franchise by storm, bringing Pepper Lunch to a national favorite for its authenticity, affordability, and an extra ‘Do-It-Yourself’ novelty to the existing brand.

Wagyu pepper rice with extra egg: Sturdy Wagyu of good quality that oozes delicious juice as you bite. Imagine that ooze with the gush of a half-done egg and warm, lavishly-peppered rice. There’s only one word – sumptuous.

Salmon cream pasta with extra cheese: Anything with extra cheese always tastes right. Love how salmon is not overly cooked till it becomes steak-like and beefy. Everything on the hot plate is silky smooth and sizzling warm. Pasta is quite plain though – it might help to add more salt when cooking the pasta. Aside from the combination flavors of salmon and those squishy mushrooms, cream/Alfredo sauce didn’t really help to add zing to pasta’s blandness. Cream/Alfredo sauce per se is pretty much dairy – just the way I love it.
